By owning our manufacturing facilities, we can guarantee transparency in our supply chain and can enforce our own strict codes of ethics around fair wages and occupational safety. We also offer Fairtrade certified cotton options for our totes, tea towels and aprons. 90% of our members of staff in India are women, and the majority of these ladies are the main breadwinners for their households.
